Why Should I get my Hoods and Vents Cleaned?
Most insurance companies follow the NFPA standards, and if your business is not cleaned by these standards then your insurance company may not cover you if you have a fire in your vent / exhaust system.
Statistical data also indicates that most restaurants never re-open after a fire. With the switch to the use of vegetable oils in cooking, fires that are caused can be substantially harder to extinguish and can cause more damage to your restaurant. |
